Musique Sacrée

Music has always been an important part of my life. So much that I could not imagine teaching a yoga or meditation class without ending it with a Bhajan (mantra sung in sanskrit). The songs I share are often declarations of love for different forms of the Divine. My students sometimes ask me if they can have a recording of the song that I sing. So finally here it is, a page dedicated to the music that I offer in my classes. Enjoy! *(In this age of AI and fake perfection, I have purposely kept my recordings imperfect. Very often I record the song just once and leave all the little "mistakes" I make so that it is authentic, as what really counts is the love coming from the heart.)

La musique a toujours été une partie importante de ma vie. À tel point que je ne pouvais pas imaginer enseigner un cours de yoga ou de méditation sans le terminer par un Bhajan (mantra chanté en sanskrit). Les chansons que je chante sont souvent des déclarations d'amour pour différentes formes du Divin. Mes élèves me demandent quelque fois s'ils peuvent avoir un enregistrement de la chanson que je chante. Alors enfin la voici, une page dédiée à la musique que je propose dans mes cours. ENJOY! *(À l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle et de la quête de la perfection, j'ai volontairement choisi de laisser mes enregistrements imparfaits. Bien souvent, j'enregistre le chant en une seule prise et je garde les petites "erreurs" qui s'y glissent, afin qu'il reste authentique. Car, au fond, ce qui compte vraiment, c'est l'amour qui émane du cœur.)
